Misty Dawn McCarty was born in Lubbock, Texas. She has 2 sisters, Stormy and Windy, and 2 brothers Dusty and Xan and has lived in Oklahoma for most of her life.
Misty is married to BJ McGlugritch Jr, has 3 daughters, Christy, Jessica and Jackie and 13 grandchildren. She enjoys spending time with her family, writing, directing, acting and crocheting. Most of all her community volunteer projects with BJ and her Church Family bring her the most happiness.
In 2001, Misty earned an Associates degree in Administrative Office Technology in 2001 and a Bachelors Degree in Business Management in 2006. She works for the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) in Oklahoma City.
